How many candy selections do I get?

Your choices of candy depends on your size of the box set your chose. If you order an 8 piece box set, you have the option to select up to eight candies. If you order a 12 piece box set, you have the option to select up to twelve candies, and so on. You also have the liberty to choose a number of candies less than the size of your box set. In that case, we will do our best to evenly distribute your selections in the box set.

Can I unassembled the boxes and add my own items?

Yes, you can find other items to place inside the individual boxes such as money and other sweet treats. For those who are not candy lovers, we discovered that the Blue Diamond Almonds- On the Go- 100 Calorie Packs, also fit inside the boxes. Remember to fold in the top and bottom sweet/snack bag for a snug fit.

What is the difference between a no notecard, blank notecard and a “handwritten” notecard?

For an additional $6, you will have the option to include a “handwritten” notecard- up to six words or up to 25 characters (whatever is less). These are for short messages, such as “Love, Mom” or “From Your Secret Santa”. You can also select the blank notecard option for an additional $2, if you choose to handwrite a message yourself. If you decide to give your box set to someone in person, then you can also not include a notecard at all.

I’m having trouble reassembling the boxes? Can you give me some advice?

The trick to reassembling the box sets is to work your way inside out. Therefore, if you have a 18 box, start by stacking three of middle three boxes vertically and then move out from there horizontally. It may seem logical to start with the bottom row, then the middle row, and then the top row, but it’s actually much easier to start from the middle and slide stacking the boxes vertically.

What are the dimensions of the individual sized boxes?

Each individual box are sized 2”x2”x0.75” (height x width x depth). Due to the variations of each personalized and customized filled box set, we do not guarantee the size or weight of the sweets in each box set.

What are the dimensions of the box sets?

The approximate dimensions of the box sets are as follows:

Can I order my box sets unfilled?

Yes, unfilled box sets are available for those who intend to purchase box sets in bulk (more than 25 orders). Remember you will need to fill and send/deliver the box sets yourself with this option. Please submit your inquiry to for a custom quote and send us a “screenshot” of your preferred personalized box set, your estimated quantity, and your delivery area code.

If I want to order flat boxes and fill and ship them myself, how much will shipping cost?

Rates can vary depending upon the courier you choose to use, however, each box set was designed to fit in a LEGAL SIZE, USPS Flat Rate Envelope or FEDEX OneRate Envelope. With the Flat Envelopes, they do not incur extra charges on the weight, so as long as the box set fits inside the envelope, it will be a “flat rate”. Depending on your delivery range, the cost is between $8 to $12.

Will the boxes be filled as show on the website?

We will do our best to pack the individual boxes as shown in the photos when you select the candies. However, we reserve the right to make substitutions. A substitution may include a “fun size snack” candy rather than two “miniatures” or vice versa.

Can you make a custom designed box for me?

Yes, but there is a minimum order of 100 gift box sets to have your custom design, graphic, logo or photo on an individual box for business or a special occasion. There is also an additional flat rate charge which starts at $500, and will vary depending on the size of your order. Please email us at for a custom quote and send us a “screenshot” of your preferred personalized box set (use the transparent box option as a holder for your image), your estimated quality, if the deliveries will be made to one address or multiple address, and your ideal delivery date. We accept files in .AI, .JPEG, and .PNG. The recommended file quality is above 300 DPI. Suggested lead time is 3 weeks, not including processing and delivery.


Where is my confirmation email?

Will a receipt be sent with the gift box?

No, we only send electronic receipts. An electronic copy of your order will be sent to you, but we will not include any paperwork with the delivery.

Can you re-send me the receipt or confirmation of order?

What do I do if my payment was declined?

We are unable to provide you information about why a transaction was declined. Instead, try using a different card or contacting your bank to see why they are blocking the transaction.


What forms of payment do you accept?

In addition to accepting most major credit cards (including Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express). You can select your payment method during checkout.

Can I make changes to my order?

How do I cancel my order?

Due to the customization and the personalization of each box set, we can not accept any returns or exchanges.

How do I cancel my order?

We cannot honor order cancellation requests. We fill orders as quickly as possible to ensure that you have your box sets available for your special occasions so we can not accept cancellations once an order is submitted.


Do you ship outside of the US?

We currently only accept orders for the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska or the US territories, at this time.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

Connecting you with your loved ones is a top priority. Shipments are sent from Los Angeles, CA and are processed as soon as possible. A business day is an official working day. Monday through Friday are considered business days, but holidays and weekends are not. We reserve the right to hold orders until the following Monday, to ensure the freshness and quality of the sweets.

What are my shipping options?

With the Standard shipping option, orders should arrive between 5-7 business days. With the Express shipping option, orders should arrive in 3-5 business days. These are estimated arrived times. Shipping times vary by location. Variables include weather conditions and the carrier may cause delays in shipping. Orders will be delivered via FedEx or US Postal Service.

Can I send the same box set to separate addresses?

What if my sweets, such as the chocolates, are melted during shipping?

Please exercise discretion when ordering the filled boxes during warm/hot weather months. will not responsible for melted candy. Please be aware of this shipping policy before placing your order. Melted sweets can not be returned or refunded. We strongly encourage you to purchase the unfilled box sets during the warm/hot weather weather to ensure quality and freshness of your fill items.

How do I track my order?
